Drop Some Love on Campus

Please join us in Dropping Some Love on the Marlboro Campus. Share your personal stories from Marlboro on a physical piece of paper, card, or postcard by December 12 and send them to:

Marlboro College Community
Campus Box 35
PO Box B
Marlboro, VT 05344

Our student collaborator, Felix (and friends!), will tape up our messages all over campus for all to see. If you built something, or set up a play in the woods, or threw a party in a particular place, these stories sent through the mail can be posted in and around those buildings.

There are students that really want to know us and their own history...and share what is potentially our common loss. Marlboro is our home. For the current community it is also where they live and conduct their very real lives. For those with an approved Plan of Concentration, they may finish in Boston and be the last Marlboro students able to do so. The freshmen and sophomores will not have that opportunity. For the students, the concern is that every student be able to finish their education with all the support we can give them.

Our concerns extend beyond students. Marlboro has never been a “normal” college. A few hundred people in the middle of the woods at any given time are a mad monk squadron: student/staff/faculty. Heck, we are a school with a main building named after a maintenance guy! (Dalrymple) Who are the most important members of our community? It’s everyone.

Let’s drop some love.
