Nominations and Elections Committee Information

The 2024 MCAA Election Process is being overseen by the Nominations and Elections Committee.

The Nominations and Elections committee is a volunteer committee charged by the council in 2022 with the smooth and fair running of elections for council and other elected committees. Currently, there are no other committees constituted by election, so the nominations and elections committee is primarily responsible for council elections.

The current members of the Nominations and Elections committee are:

• Kate Hollander '02, chair (alumni council 2020-2022)

• Franklin Crump ‘07 (current alumni council)

• Allison Gammons ‘03 (alumni council 2022-2023)

• Ellie Roark '12 (current alumni council president)

• Jennie Tucker ‘67 (current alumni council)

NOTE: One member of the Nominations and Elections committee has been nominated and is now running for a seat on the council. We thank Allison Gammons ‘03 so much for her work on the committee to this point, and appreciate her willingness to recuse herself. At the request of the committee, Allison will continue to do some tech support for our MCAA communications, but she will not be involved with any of the voting or tallying processes of the election.
