Dario Mazzola

I am a philosophy/biology major from the class of ‘95. Marlboro College helped shape me into becoming a better person. It helped me develop invaluable critical thinking skills that I use in business as a management consultant and in everyday life as a responsible citizen. Marlboro has given me many fond memories and friendships. The campus size was perfect for someone like me wanting a close community and lots of interaction with professors. Marlboro truly was what you made it. It gave me and others the opportunity to study and do pretty much whatever you wanted there. With a Library run on an honour system, open 24 hours, Marlboro simply had a relaxed, comfortable feel to it. It was a positive nurturing learning environment and it made all the difference for me.

I am based overseas in the U.K. and can offer the council my international commercial acumen, passion, creativity, and an extra set of helping hands.

A few important things our alumni council can do over the next three years is develop proper infrastructures for Finance, build a stronger alumni association Brand, and foster further community by bringing former students, staff and professors together to maintain connections and create networking opportunities aided by an online map/directory.
